AFIP Auditing Services
The Association of Finance and Insurance Professionals (www.AFIP.com) has joined forces with recognized industry leader - gvo3 & Associates - to develop an auditing program for F&I compliance.
AFIP Auditing Services, powered by gvo3, will identify procedural and regulatory violations during a routine audit to prevent them from being found only during the discovery phase of a lawsuit or a hidden camera expose.

A FIP Auditing Services provides differing levels of document auditing services.
At the end of each audit, the dealer will receive a detailed analysis of the material provided, including adherence to federal and state regulations and dealer-lender and vendor-imposed caps. Any errors in the deal jackets will be marked, and tips regarding the steps necessary to eliminate further mistakes will be provided.
Off-Site Quick Check
The offsite Quick Check Audit, featuring the 72-Point Review, is an inexpensive, quick method for determining whether you are in need of further auditing or additional training. The procedure that recognizes the AFIP standards of ethical conduct, will satisfy the Safeguards Rule requirements for confidentiality.
On-site
The gvo3 & Associates on-site deal jacket and procedural review is conducted by a gvo3 associate. Time is spent with dealership managers to review the dealership's processes in addition to the deal jacket review to uncover potential litigation risks. This on-site review also includes a Safeguards audit that fulfills the dealer's obligation to conduct periodic audits.
